Welcome to the Outcasts [SOA] alliance senate.

The SOA senate mission is to promote the peaceful advancement of our brethren and keep peaceful ties with other alliances. War is an unprofitable pursuit and our strategies will be based on hostility avoidance. At the same time, we endeavour to both support each other and maintain our individual independence.

Our administration and members alike discuss plans and strategies for the alliance. Active members will always have a voice and alliance-wide decisions will be held to a two-thirds majority vote. War engagement must be ratified by a 80% of the alliance with emergency steps to be actioned only upon the unanimous decision of the current Fleet Admirals.

While functioning independently, we will work closely with the AntiGravity [A.G.] alliance in the pursuit of our common goals. Intelligence and trade remains open between our two alliances that we may both prosper together.
